Ok how is it that it doesnt seem to matter where I put the darn thing down...........it always ends up in the same place.
On the arm of my hubbys chair.(even if he hasnt been in!!!) a bit like a boomerang
Does anyone know how this works or Is it a myth?

Men and remote controls have a symbiotic relationship. They become very loyal to us.

Mine often sits on my shoulder, like a pet parrot !

I think it sits there so often because of your hubby using it that even when he is not there you subconsciously place it back there because your mind feels it belongs there or even your mind trys to replicate the surroundings as if he as at home because you prefer it that way.

Do you miss him when he's out?

Have a look here:

or here:

or just go to an electronic equipment shop (Currys, Dixons, Comet etc) and ask.
i'm convinced mine has little retractable legs that it uses only when i'm not looking. I can put mine down and turn my head for a minute and look back for it and it's gone. Drives me Nuts.
I live in the states and have 2 remotes, one to turn the tv on and adjust the sound and the cable remote to change the channels. WHY one cant do everything i dont know unless i'm just to stupid to figure it out(which could be the case as i'm technologically retarded to the extreme) I just wish the remote would stay where i damn well put it!
