greeting someone

have been talking to this girl from Russia on the net and she is coming to the uk in about 2 weeks time and i'm meeting her at the airport, What is the right way of greeting her? Like in the uk we would kiss someone on the cheek with a hug how do they greet someone over there? I fill silly asking her lol

Me personally i would do what i do over here as in the UK a kiss and a hug.

I have no plans in getting married been there and got the t-shirt never again lol.
Why greet her with caution and why watch my wallet she is the one paying to come over here I was not going to pay to go over there as we might not get on, but I do hope we do as she is so beautiful

kent colin, well said, i think every one is a little nervous of a new comer............i wouldnt say that just cos she is russian, really means alot . I would hope she is a woman in her own right and i hope you get on famously........not to say be a bit cautious though. You really dont have to welcome her in any way other than what suits you at the time, you know her better than the rest of us so ' you' as an individual will know how to great her. as i said before 'hello ' and maybe a hug!! good luck colin hope its an enlightening experience . : )
