Missed Call

I've received a missed call from a 14 digit number. All other calls I get are usually 11 digits long. Is the 14 digit number international? Is it possible to identify from where in the world the call originated if not the identity of the caller? The number (with last 6 numbers obscured) is :- 00013213xxxxxx

Be careful of calling numbers you are not familiar with; some numbers are phantom numbers and are only used to generate revenue for the owner of it. The call can be very expensive so be wary of them. If reaching you were that important, the caller would call you again. I would ignore it.

I put the first part into google and some Russian site came up. I wouldn't dial it back if I were you.

As society said, if they're that keen to speak to me they'd have phoned me back...which they haven't!

Yes, It's possible to identify the origination of call whether it is national or international. I also faced the same issue. A 14 digit number called me several times in the past few weeks and I didn't pick up that call because that's an international call. My friend would suggest me to visit https://www.reversesouthafrica.com/ and feed this number to the input text. After feeding this number I identified that callers.
