well the difference would be a fan. Whats the question?
Fan assisted ovens cook faster. So you either reduce your cooking times or decrease the recommended cooking temoperature.
Fan ovens distribute the heat more evenly thus ensuring food is cooked at the same rate on all sides. Also, if you open the oven door to check how its doing, the fan makes the heat stay IN the oven far more efficiently, thus it does not cool down and ruin your cakes lol.
