Actually, the wheel was patented a few years ago in Australia. They introduced a new type of patent there and some guy took out a patent on the wheel - not so he could make money off it, but to prove his point that the new patents were worthless.

Dunno about inventions but if you want happiness instead of wealth you could try a career change and become a pheasant plucker. There seems to be a shortage these days.
