Can anyone tell me what software I need which will accept the name of a company or thing, and get rid of it without me seeing it? I donthave the time to waste deleting the messages from the already 'deleted' box which is where suspected spam goes. I would prefer a freebie.

Grateful thanks to anyone who can positively help.

If they are in the deleted box do you really need to get rid of them again? You could just Delete All once a week/month
Check your email settings, I thought Outlook (if you have it) has a function where all items in the deleted items box are deleted upon exiting. You could try and set up a rule where specific mail (if you have a particular spammer/unwanted sender) or spam are automatically moved into your deleted items box then automatically deleted on exiting as above.

Just be careful it's not too wide that it could pick up mail you need to see.

There are all knds of rules you can create.
how has this ended up in jobs and education
