New Job And Sick

I am started a new job over Christmas three days of working I am now sick with chest infection, I called employer did all the protocol, my doctor signed me off for four days, employers are not impressed, what will happen next?

You'll go back to work in four days' time ?
One can understand an employer's concern about the new employee, but it'd be a very poor employer who couldn't accept that these things happen sometimes.
You are in the UK ?
Hopefully they will just welcome you back and you will then be fit and well for a long time, but I would expect them to make their policies clear on absence/capability. They can of course dismiss you for almost any reason within the first two years and some employers would take that option, especially if it particularly imconvenienced them- eg if they had to get someone else in to cover you
