Let's see what the care home boss offers and we'll take it from there.  You have to convince them you can work better and not be under pressure

Abby we cannot tell you what to do.

Speak to your parents and perhaps seek if you are entitled to financial assistance due to your disability

Do you mean If your boss at the care home ups your  hours ?

Its only been a week - give it more time.

Yeah

Question Author

No I'm not entitled to benefits

I'm really not sure what we can add. There were pages and pages of posts about your hours and options on the thread which started off with your asking about which top you should wear but then, rightly or wrongly, moved on to your work issues.

Question Author

Yes decided to make a thread about it

Abbey, it seems you are happier working at the care home than anywhere else, but the hours are not enough.

You could always ask if it's possible to give you more hours and see what they say.

If they agree to this and you don't really need the other job at HB, then leave if you're not happy there.

Question Author

Or my other option is they say no get a full time job elsewhere

Abbey, what has changed since they took the hours off of you?

Is it the shop environment that upsets you. Would you rather work on your own ? Some people prefer to work like that

Okay, I feel everything I have to offer in terms of advice, based on solid experience of managing and developing teams, has already been said by me and others, and seemingly not yet taken on board, so I'll leave it to others and hope some good comes of it, as I understand how difficult all of this is for you.

That's always a possibility Abbey.

Are there other care homes you could apply to?

Question Author

No working 2 jobs is to tiring

If this is the type of work you like to do, phone a care home even if they're not advertising for staff at the moment and tell them it's the type of work you are doing but you need more hours.

If they say no, then ask if they will take your name and number in case something comes up in the future.

Question Author

Possibly not sure where though

Can you Google it Abbey? Look for Care homes near me.

Would you have a problem with travelling to work, is that why you need a job near to where you live?

Question Author

As I'm currently in one closer to me

Would you be interested in a care home job that meant you would have to travel?

Do you ever go to the job centre?
