There used to be some sort of care in the community service, but maybe that was only for the most severe diabilties. Certainly if abbey was under 21 she would get support but maybe after that age people with issues are expected to look after themselves or rely on family. I remember years ago there were some workers who had a green card or something like that and received support from local authorities or the department of Employment/job centre

Organise Goods in & Goods out into the factory
Attend Production meeting on a daily basis to be briefed on the daily despatch requirements
Liaise with Production & Account Managers for any missing delivery details and spreadsheets
Printing Dymo Labels
Liaise with & load requirements onto despatch portals,- DX Express, DHL, TNT, Pallets networks etc..
Load & unload vehicles as required, ensuring “zero” loading / delivery damage
Communicate with haulers in relation to collections or delivery issues
Ensure load photos are taken of all products leaving site.

Allocating finished goods in their correct location and updating the system accurately in a timely manner.
Matching Delivery notes with purchase orders and making sure they match
Ensuring the yard is always clear of debris.
Skills and Attributes:
Understanding of Despatch processes
Experience of working within a manufacturing environment (desirable)
Communication skills
Prioritisation skills
Experience of using computer systems, excel, emails, logging paperwork,
Qualifications:
Forklift licence
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
