what is the legal age requirment for glass collecting and bottling up in a private members club

There isn't one

you have to be 14 + to colect glasses but as from november 05 the new licencing laws state that the age of selling alcholic drinks in a public hous is now 16.

The Licensing Act 2003, which came into force on 24th November 2005, makes no reference to any lower age limit for the approved sale of alcohol by a person under 18.
