Can I make my husband leave?

We live in a rented house. The agreement is in my name only, as are all the bills, council tax etc, nothing is in his name.

I've asked him to leave but he says he won't, can I make him?

I agree with smartie if the property is in your name and bills etc surely he cant have a claim to it... How long have you lived at the property?
