Should we be blaming the Film Industry?
Tasers aren't meant to kill - should we be allowing them to be available to the Police?

Horrific story. That poor woman, my heart breaks for her family and friends.
Not sure if we can blame the film industry for these kind of cases, sick individuals have been killing and eating victims for centuries.
I'm really in two minds about tasers though...
Apart from the disturbing circumstances surrounding this case, I'm also concerned that he was recently released from prison for serving just half of a sentence for violence. He obviously was not rehabilitated, rehabilitated or reprogrammed during that time, so why let him out early?
