i looked through my window and saw someone smashing up my car,i went outside and we got into a fight. i was arrested and taken to court. I have been charged with A B H and the courts have this evidence on cctv i have also pleaded guilty to this offence what are my chances in court?will i have to face a prison sentence or will i be able to get off with just community services/probation?
