can my husband kick me out
When i met my husband he was living in his own flat, the flat we live in now. His name was and still is on the tenancy. Over time he has told me to leave many times and he always wants me gone within a couple of hours. I have gone a few times. We got married 2 years ago. Things are deteriorating and again he is telling me to leave. I asked a friend a while ago and she said the fact that we are married means i do not have to leave. Is this true? Do i have rights?

No you do not have to leave and you do have rights. Under the matrimonial homes act 1983 and the family law act 1996 you have the right to occupy the matrimonial home right up to decree absolute and if your husband tries to evict you, court is your remedy.
Your husband may decide to sell the property and it would also be a sensible precaution if you ask the land registry, if the property is registered there, to enter a notice on the file stating you are claiming your right.
