And your daughter is 40?? !! Working ?? You are on a pension!
Sorry if that sounds harsh but at risk of losing my best answer, I think you are being taken for a ride. Perhaps try talking to the provider about restrictions if she won't pay you.

So this is a different daughter to the one who was 17 in 2009 (re your earlier post). That's a big age gap in children................
As Divegirl said, get it blocked!!
Yes great idea wish I had thought of it , report it stolen as in reality it has been, it's your phone and your cash.
Get a block put on the phone for starters. Also get the headset blocked.
Usually when you have had a phone contract for a few months they allow you to change your price plan. It may be worth giving them a call and asking to change to the lowest price plan you can. Also don't forget to call them 30 days before the contract ends to cancel the contract.

If you need to cancel the contract from Orange, you need to call the service provider. You can make request to them to cancel it.But they will ask termination fee .By this way,you can cancel it.But if they will ask you to wait for long time otherwise refuses to cancel the contract, you can better use online site to unlock it.If you need an unlock code to unlock your mobile phone from the network lock,I would suggest you to get it from http://www.theunlockarena.com/supported-phones/rs13wp7/ at reasonable price. Then you can use any network service provider in it.But you need to pay the pending fee still contract over.
