Hi I was just wondering why hallucinogens have been Mage illegal when we see daily deaths by alcohol? the reason I ask is because I am an alcoholic and I tried DMT 3 weeks ago and I have not touched alcohol since. I feel more loving to my family and I am now wanting to change the world for the better. If I never tried it my future would be bleak.

I smoked freebase DMT. I extracted it from mimosa hostilis. I tried it a few times and the last time I rushed out of this world for a few minutes and this being of pure light showed me who they are they showed me a foetus in a womb. They explained visually they created they created life
take me to your dealer!
Good one TTT. UKanon - emigrating to the US would be tame in comparison! (Thread 25 Sept).
Yes indeed, get busted for using that and you can forget about your plans to emigrate to the USA.
Alcohol social use was established before any such ruling was made, and as prohibition in America showed, the people do not take kindly to having it banned. So it stays. Other drugs are a different matter though. They are not as socially acceptable. Thus the difference.

Well it's all gone now and I have no reason to take it again. But I do not regret doing it ;)

But the reason I asked this question is because I believe it could help others?
Help others...by getting them to take Hallicinogenic drugs? Terrific!
I think that if there was a realistic possibility of its use being beneficial, as opposed to outright dangerous, it would not be classified as a class A drug and be highly illegal.
I think it is irresponsible to advocate its use on an open forum.
There are many drugs that are now illegal which were once widely used and perfectly socially acceptable. Cocaine was used by dentists, amphetamine as a slimming drug, LSD and MDMA in psychotherapy, heroin as a pain killer. The list goes on and on.
Not all hallucinogens are illegal. You can buy a fairly powerful hallucinogen in any supermarket. It called 'nutmeg'.
That's why rice pudding makes me feel funny!
Join the club; I am an alcoholic, 'in recovery'. It messes with your brain, doesn't it, and wrecks your life ? Now, it is too late to ban alcohol. It survives as being seen as a useful social drug, though one that can produce temporary madness for an hour or two, notwithstanding that it can be seriously addictive and causes many deaths and injuries through fights and bad driving, and can be devastatingly addictive and fatal.

Why then would you wish to legalise any drug which alters perception, otherwise than having it used for purely medical reasons?
Pleased things have turned around for you uka (I wouldn't want to use though)

Just thought I' share this link as it might be a useful/helpful to someone out there - alcohol related.

http://www.m-c-a.org.uk/contact_us/useful_links

The medical council - alcohol
(It is aimed at the medical profession so heavy material in some parts) - you could become a member if you wanted. It was set up initially to help medical profession understand alcohol related problems and with this alot of doctors/medical professionals have alcohol problems and couldn't easily get support.

The advisors (support) are doctors etc who have in most cases experienced problems themselves so understand.

Personally, I wonder why your life seems so bleak. Why did you feel unloving towards your family (and what constitutes family for you)?
