A friend had a restraining order given by a magistrate last year a civil judge said in the interim you can communicate via a book today he went to the magistrate court to get it varied the judge said how have you communicated in the past he told him what civil judge allowed the magistrate court judge said you have breached order but still allowed the order to be varied
No judge said civil judge should not have allowed communication so the order was breached but not due to you but misunderstanding so he allowed it to be varied
The friend had an excuse that the civil, judge allowed it and both parties agreed at the team even though the original order Said no contact direct or indirect what other option did the magistrate have to charge him ?
