Interdict
2 Answers
Hi all,
I won't go into too much detail but I am at the beginning of the process of applying for an Interdict against my ex partner due to ongoing violence. So far my solicitor has taken statements.
I was just wondering if anyone has been through the same? If so, what happened? It has been mentioned their will be court hearings involved. I am just curious as it appears it could be quite a lengthy process and am unsure what to expect.
Thanks.
