As per previous posts on here, I was arrested Saturday night. I was charged with been drunk and disorderly and assaulting 2 police officers. I kicked one and spat at another, I don't need any condemnation here, I feel bad enough as it is and apologised in my police interview. And I find spitting disgusting, I really am ashamed about that. At the time I thought I was been attacked.
Just want to know the likely outcome. I have previous for assaulting the police and previous for threatening them with a knife (which I didn't do but got convicted of anyway).

I know it makes sense but sense isn't where I'm at, at the mo. Ive been here b4 with mental health saying that they would be there at court with me etc ad infinitum and not been there. Don't know how many times that I can ring and not get any reply. You guys on here have been more help than they ever have, but don't think AB stands up in court as a point of uselfullness.
This post might get removed but after past experiences, I have a stash of sleeping tabs which I will plug up my behind and take should I be given another jail sentence.
I can only echo the excellent advice you have been given, nailit. Please write everything down, attempts to get help etc.. I'm not sure about this, but some of your posts on here might help as corroborating evidence of your efforts, perhaps. Everything is worth trying. We, on here, have learnt to know you better. Your evident remorse must help. Forget the pills, please, and have a futureaother chance. Start now.
^^^ Sticky keyboard, sorry. Whatever happens, you have a future and can use it well. Wish I knew more law, but some of your posts on here must help your case, surely. :) x
