Next Door Plat Football In Garden Ball Came Over Fence And Hit Me. What Can I Do
Kids and adults playing ball comes over regularly however, we normally throw it back. Now adults kicking so hard it is damaging plants and has hit me while eating outside. No reason apology ever given

Of course children should be allowed to play in their own garden but by same argument people should be able to sit in their own garden and not have their plants broken or be hit by a ball. I find it stunning that side can't be understood - and as for don't go out when they are playing, was that serious?
I do sympathise with Robby as ever the problem comes when the neighbour doesn't acknowledge their part in the nuisance and gets sstroppy.
My Mother was plagued by footballs coming over her wall into the backyard, often children would climb over but then unlatch the gate and leave it open - once our dog escaped and got injured that way.
As she got older and yes , maybe a bit less forgiving she started to snatch the balls up and roll them down the cellar steps - when she died we found fourteen down there.
We donated them to a local school.
