So Gully - how do you propose to raise the money - tax the Scots perhaps?? After all, they screw the English and, to some extent, the Welsh and Irish. Or we could see a wealth tax that sees a new version of the brain drain from these sceptred shores? Or let's tax landlords and what are they going to do - yes, increase rents accordingly. Come on, Mr. Corbyn-esque, let's see something from you as a positive proposal rather than your usual socialist whinge.
