House contents and divorce

Friends are in the first days of splitting up. He hit her and there is (I suspect) an injunction to keep him away. What happens about all his stuff in the house and also the house they have two children 6 and 3 but have only been married a year.

They write to each other and agree on the collection of his stuff.

If it is to keep away from her, then obviously she isnt in the house when he calls, or hesends a friend.

If it tokeep awayfrom thehouse, then she could cart it to anothers and leave it.

She can't throw it away, dump it on the sidewalk or all the other things she is thinking of.

Kids - this should be settled by thedivorce settlement.
