a court judgement for non payment of debt on a credit card, because we own our home they want to put the amount paid, when we sell the house the card was just in my husbands name not mine although the house is in joint names is their any way i could dispute this....

The debt will come out of your husband's share of the property because the debt is in his name. Your share should not be affected.
