15 year old and drinking
We are going to a wedding on Saturday.
Is my 15 year old daughter legally allowed to drink alcohol whilst there?
She says she is, but I'm not so sure.
Before anyone starts lecturing me, I'm not encouraging her to drink, I just want to know what the law says regarding this point.
Thanks

There is also a difference between 16 year olds being sold alcohol, being deleivered alcohol and being given alcohol. It depends where and how it is done to determine who commits the offence.
Section 150 also makes it an offence for anyone under 18 to consume alcohol on licensed premises. 1000 fine, that should put her off.
