Single Yellow Line Parking Ticket
3 Answers
I parked on a single yellow line out the side of my house, as there are road works going on around my property, unabling me to access my back yard where my car is normally kept. I also have a young son (16months), which would be very difficult for me to manage with him, and all his bags if i parked 3 streets away, where there were available spaces. so as i say i parked on the single yellow line and got a parking ticket for 60, should i pay this, or could i contest the ticket, due to the circumstances?
