Can I get my deposit back ?
6 Answers
I recently paid 500 deposit for a new van at a showroom. Was told I had my usual 14 days cooling off period. Was going to part exchange my existing van, but was then told it would need at least 3 months MOT on it, which it hasn't got. Went home to think about it. Decided I didn't want to spend anymore money on existing van, so called to cancel the deal 5 days later only to be told I won't be getting my deposit back. Where do I stand ???
