Police Discrimination
Does anyone know the procedure that the Police have to do when someone reports someone else for threatening to kill them with a gun? UK Law. Do they make the victim wait for nearly two hours to 'chat to them?' and then send an officer round to the Gun owners premises two day's later to check to see his gun's?
Can the Police openly discriminate against a person on Political Grounds. UK Law?

The person who threatened both myself and my husband has a shot gun licence and a firearms certificate. He is 78 years old, going deaf, bad eyesight and disabled. We confronted him over the brutal killings of our two Neapolitan's. He denied the killing's, then admitted to the killing's THEN said 'if you do not get off my property I will do to you as I did to those dog's' ie shoot us both dead. We went straight to the Police station, they made us wait and hour and a half, then a Police woman took 'notes' two day's later they sent someone round to this person to 'check his weapons and speak' to him. The Police came around to speak to me and told me it was a 'Civil matter' I took it further and was still told it was a 'civil' matter. I have appealed to the IPCC and my complaint has been upheld. I have been told by several Police officers (decent ones) from different forces that it was appauling the way we have been treated.

Where do you get " shoot us both dead " from that. What he did to the dogs was take legal action against a problem he had. For the Police to take action in a criminmal case of threats than the threats have to be specific and not open to any other interpretation.
