Formula 1 motor racing is no more ...

Just realised why Hubby is depressed - the races apparently are not being shown on mainstream TV this season - just on SkySports which means an extra costly subscription which we can''t afford (we have Sky but only the basic package as we hardly watch anything) Is this right folks? He is gutted .... but I get my Sunday afternoons back :))

Last year's GP in Canada was one of the greatest races ever, incident packed and one that saw Button going from last to forcing Vettel into a mistake at the penultimate corner and taking the chequered flag at the death.
Yes they are few and far between but they do happen, that's why we watch.

"MotoGP is sooooooo much more interesting."
A few years back I would have agreed with you but Stoner will walk away with it again this year until someone brings the heat. Yamaha are going backwards since Rossi left as Lorenzo can't develop bikes and Ducati are looking like they are still not even close.
Pedrosa doesn't have a full season in him and the most exciting rider sadly died last year. RIP Marco.
F1 on the other hand is much closer to a proper spectacle but we just need a more even playing field without 1 driver walking away with it.
Beeb highlights with the occasional live show is fine for me as Sky can take a long walk. Sadly Ecclestone would rather have the cash than the viewing figures.
