Another Sky + box problem.

Message comes up on Sky Planner....won't record OR playback.
Been thro' Services etc......Sky Planner rebuild. Have disconnected digibox whilst holding down "Back Up" on digibox .....waited 10 mins.......still bu99er all.
Any ideas?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Have you tried the 'two buttons' thing- we tried that the last time and it wiped the drive and of course we lost all recordings! It behaved normally afterwards,although there is a different current audio problem.....At the end of the day- my opinion is that these boxes are not particularly efficient and definitely below the standard of other domestic a/v equipment. There really isn't enough competitive - or even any ? alternatives- assuming you want to remain a Sky subscriber.....Sorry if I'm on a soapbox but I feel Sky should be so much better at the hardware end....
