No. I never thought much of him. I remember when it had become clear that Gazza was a man with a serious drink problem, Evans and somebody else went with him on a famous drinking binge across the West End. He dropped in my opinion after that.

Oh its not just us who cant stand Chris Evans then, rarely watch the One Show on a Friday because of him but had it on today and thought he was really embarrassing.....we quite like Stephen Marchant but dont understand why the Beeb stick with Mr Evans.

I can't stand the One Show during the week, and I absolutely loathed Adrian Chiles on it. He was dull, lifeless, moany and uninterested. Give me Chris Evans anyday.

I find Chris Evans unbearable. He never shuts up about his wife and children, and his Mail on Sunday column about them around Christmastime was puke-making. He is far too manic for a morning show - talks over the records, and has no interest in the music. He's paid a reported £500,000 per year for his Radio 2 show, and gets £12,000 for each One Show ! Does he have some incriminating photos of some BBC bigwigs ?

The One Show was Adrian Chiles and deteriorated completely, losing it's uniqueness when he quit.
