One Born - Dad In Delivery Room.

Just watching One Born Every Minute where the young girl, 18, has her dad in the delivery room, she has the baby's father also but not sure I would want my dad in the room while giving birth would you?

I thought it a bit creepy too Caran, I'm a bit surprised it was allowed especially for filming on TV seeing what is happening in the news, accusations etc at the moment. I know he was her Dad but I would not have allowed my Dad to see me like that - soo embarrassing!

If her dad helps her feel safe and relaxed then there is nothing wrong with him being there.

im an fairly 'hippy-ish' but my dad couldnt be more opposite so i wouldnt want him there, and he wouldnt want to be

if i did he would not be at the 'business end- dont think id want anyone i knew down there - ive read some men cant quite forget that 'view' and it puts them off sexually - daft but there you go

In answer to Mamyalynne's earlier question about enjoying giving birth, yes I did, I wanted to do it all again straightaway, even though there were a couple of problems along the way. Unfortunately, I never did do it again.

I was naughty and after a major Op after my first was warned not to fall pregnant again, I disobeyed orders and got my bonny second daughter - life deals us strange hands doesn't it?
