I feel so shattered - have been sitting on the edge of my seat, it just seemed I was there willing poor Charlie to live. :(

I thought that Duffy was part of his hallucinations too, and am not 100% sure that she's not back to carry him over to the next life! Looking forward to tonight's episode.
I love Casualty and this story line's been really good. I'd have been gutted if Dylan had died, he's one of my all time favourites. Despite his odd manner I like Charlie and I'd like to see him recover but it's looking grim...I'd rather have him any day than Duffy, I couldn't stand her before, I don't want her back permanently.
Derek Thompson (Charlie) suffers from a condition called dystonia which causes neck and head spasms, which is made worse but the harsh lights when filming, and which is why he often appears 'wooden' I hope they don't kill him off but it's looking very much that way. Duffy was an agency nurse in last night's episode, but I wonder if she has been brought back to 'replace' Charlie.
