They have said they will not move to C4 and I don't think Paul and Mary will be far behind. My bet is that the Beeb will re-vamp this in a different guise.

A replacement programme is already in development. It involves members of the public with chronic bronchitis visiting various coves and inlets around the country.
The working title is The Great British Bay Cough.

I suspect it's fairly simple to replace one presenter with another.
If the judges opt to quit then the replacements need folk of a similar skill level but celeb chefs are not in short supply either.

GBBO is surely more about the competition with some celebs simply there to have it run semi-entertainingly.

I think programmes like GBBO are a package of both the presenters and the competitors.

Maybe C4 can make it work, only time will tell.
