My parents had the TV on all of the time and watch loads of rubbish that annoyed me.
When I left home, I didn’t have aTV for 10 years, until a girlfriend made me buy one. That was very dull, and I got rid of the telly the same day I got rid of the dull girl friend.
Now, I do not have a TV license and select things to stream (not watch Live).

I agree with everything listed so far except I do watch Strictly (not sure for how much longer) and cricket, snooker and tennis.
Don't watch anything with Stephen Fry, Graham Norton, Piers Morgan, Eamon Holmes, Clare Balding, Andrew Marr, Jonathan Ross, Jon Snow etc. etc. Like other responders, it would probably be quicker to list what I do watch.
