I used to like Who Wants to be a Millionaire? I actually knew the million-pound questions a couple of times. But of course I'd have been knocked out in the opening rounds for not knowing who played who in Corrie.
A TV / radio "circuit" seems to have developed with contestants moving from University Challenge to Brain of Britain and Mastermind, maybe Only Connect or Countdown. The same faces (or voices) pop up on them regularly.
I only watch the ones where I can answer some of the questions mainly Pointless and The Chase, but Alexander and Richard get on my nerves sometimes so I tend to record it and skip through their banter. I love Bradley Walsh though, but it makes me sad if the contestants lose at the end.
I love The Chase and Catchphrase can be quite entertaining. I never watch Tenable, as I think it’s incredibly boring. The periods of nothing happening, supposedly trying to ramp up the tension (not) is excruciating.
Mastermind
University Challenge
Only Connect
The Chase.
I'd love a go on the Tipping Point machine too.We bought the game for last Christmas and had an hilarious time with it.
Oooh, I would love a Tipping Point Machine! I love Tipping Point even though the questions are not very taxing. Still think Millionnaire was the best quiz show though.
