I’m afraid we gave up on the medical thing years ago, and find Saturday night tv a bit of a disaster really.
Currently, for a number of reasons, we don’t have access to Netflix or amazon prime.
What do you watch and find marginally interesting on tv on Saturday evening?

Tv goes on at 9pm. In my bed by 11pm. So, 2 hours = 1 film or some dire series. On the whole I’d rather be in Philadelphia.
Subtitled because it is about the joint efforts of both the Swedish and Danish police. This is the series that made me realise I could watch what was happening AND read the subtitles at the same time. Prior to this, I couldn't stand sub-titles. Now i much prefer them to watching something 'dubbed'.
Tom Hanks beat you to it, David Small. As did WC Fields, of course.
Ken, W C Fields upon being asked if he liked children? Replied, preferably fried.
Last of the Summer Wine's on Gold in the morning, and afternoon too I think, I record it, love those hills.

Is it just me, or is Top Gear with Clarkson, Hammond and the other one just a louder more modern version of the same scenario?

Grown men, old enough to know better, pratting about like large children, doing nothing remotely entertaining for decades on end?
Roslyn, if it is the original it is subtitled, but still a very good, if uncomfortable watch.
