... on Netflix or Prime that is exciting. An adventure film that keeps you glued to your seat. Nothing to do with Christmas. I spent ages looking for one that we haven't watched. Nothing christmassy or too romantic.

We've been watching the traditional Rom com's...Love Actually, The Holiday, and Notting Hill...plus some spooky paranormal ones...A Haunting in Connecticut, and few I can't recall the name of. Also Die Hard.

Raiders of the lost ark pat, can't go wrong there.
I watched one the other night, Pat, on Netflix - The Survivor. One has to suspend belief once or twice, but it's a thrilling 90-ish minutes viewing, imho of course. Pierce Brosnan plays the baddie, Mila Jovovich the heroine.

Are you an opera lover Lottie? Because if so La Boheme from the Royal Opera House Covent Garden is on BBC4 @ 9pm tonight. I saw it live this summer and it's wonderful.

The Bird Box, and The Unforgivable, both Sandra Bullock films, both exciting but very different.

I've seen unforgivable Vagus. Enjoyed it. I shall check out the Bird Box. Thanks. I like Sandra Bullock in most things.

Cassablanca is a classic. A great film.
