I don't know but I remember Showaddywaddy's suits changing colour on TOTP.

If they were highland dancers they would be wearing kilts, not skirts.

did you watch it Maggie, i did and they looked like skirts and i think were referred to as such by one of the commentators. I don't know how they did it, but it was very effective.
