Siunds good in theory. But I wonder whose waters he thinks they should patrol and whether France would  prevent them  taking dinghy travellers back to French shores.

The French can't patrol their coast to stop them leaving - what makes anyone think they could stop them from being returned?

Be like D-Day but without the Germans shooting.
