What's that film?

Does anyone know what that film is where there is some kind of colony where the people are only allowed to live to 30 years old or so. could be 40. They have kind of lights in their hands which are green and maybe turn red when their time is up. There's some kind of dome playing a role. Sorry for the vagueness - saw it a long time ago. Deffo Logans Run. In the book 20 was the cut off age, and the chapter numbers counted down. In the film they made it 30.
