have i made this up? it must of been around 1975ish? great cartoon about a blue elephant?

there used to be a cartoon called "little blue" about an elephant when i was little (the theme tune is in my head, and said something about him getting his daddy's fountain pen and broke it in two (hence why he was blue, when the rest of them were grey))
