who are they?

there was a boy and a his father. the fathers business is to sell grain and hay every weekday. the boy and father leave the mother home and take a cart full of hay and grain and go off to the market. they get a good days business but then they meet a terrible accident on their way home. the father is killed but the boy is just badly injured. he is sent to the hospital and the doctors tell him he needs surgery. one certain surgeon comes up and says:
" i can't operate on him, he's my son"
who is the surgeon?
