There are various lotteries/lottery games now. Suppose I didn't necessarily want to have a very small chance to win a huge amount, but instead wanted a much higher chance to win a more modest amount, which lottery should I enter?

It's not a lottery as such but you could try premium bonds, if you invest enough you are pretty much guaranteed to get small prizes and you have the chance to win bigger sums of money.
