Old Mastercard Radio advert - from 2005

Does anyone remember the Mastercard adverts which Classic FM played around Christmas time a couple of years ago? It was a woman who'd bought her husband a surfboard and had to bury it in the garden to keep it a secret; when he saw her digging she told him the cat, Barry, had died.
I'm desperate to track it down because I honestly think I'm the only person in the country who heard it!!!! I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks x
