What movie is it?

Hello,

I have a line from a movie stuck in my head and it's driving me mad as I can't work out what film it's from.

I think it's a romantic comedy or chic flick type of film.. and the girl in the lead role is waiting for the guy and she says 'I'd like to tell you that it only took a minute..... it didn't, it took a minute and a half' (I think she means for the guy to show up).
It's NOT 'Never Been Kissed' though as that was just on and it's what made me think of this movie!
