Answerbank problems #2

sounds similar to tefler's q below, but a friend wants to know why she can't answer questions on ab.

"I can open up the answerbank and it auto logs me on, but when I try to post a question or answer, I get the box to type it in, can type it, get the bit where it looks to see if the question has been posted before, asks me if I want to post, I say yes and I get booted back to the home page and my question disappears. Likewise, I can type answers, but when I hit submit the answer vanishes. I can't log out and when I opened it up as another of my windows personalities, I couldn't log on as an alter ego. I emailed the ed. twice, through the "contact us" facility but when I hit send, I get put back to the home screen and I am not sure that the email has actually been sent or just vanished. I know that I get the "live screen" not a cached version because the questions and answers have changed. None of my other internet activity has changed in any way, I can still get onto other sites  and interact with them."
