Is it just me , or does anyone else think that young lass called Cher is awful ??
I found her extremely irritating and the stupid faces she was pulling really got on my wick.
All the papers are raving over her saying she is a certain winner.
I just don't get it !

I found her facial expressions really annoying, her act seemed more like an impression than true talent. I have only seen a small part of the audition though (on the Daily Mail website) as I don't watch X Factor.

Glad it's not just me ! I agree 4getmenot, I also do not wish to offend any stroke victims but that's what she reminded me of. She was on tv the other morning and someone asked her why she pulled such silly faces and she got quite snotty and said how was she supposed to sing with her mouth shut !! Surely she must realise how daft she looks.

the "snarling" dearest was part of the song, she was expressing emotion the words were depicting but being 53 you would know about that !.i thought she was a breathe of fresh air hoped she wins

She didn't do it for me but I took it as a generation thing as I don't appreciate modern music very much.......Cheryl seemed to think she was good so we'll see if she gets through to the live shows

I'm in my 60's and didn't know the song, but like deggers, I thought she was a breath of fresh air and I hope she gets through the next round.

I prefer Gamu Nhengu (little black girl who had a red rose in her hair, sang walking on sunshine in week one). I thought she was ace. Cher was ok, but won't last the course.

I didn't get her either, I personally think that she is overrated, supposedly only 16, all her movements and her facial expressions seemed far to over the top for an amateur, I also couldn't stand the cocky little Irish boy from the week before.

I found it somewhat worrying that a 16 year old looked and acted like that. Thought she looked like Cheryl Cole actually.

My opinion hasn't changed Tambo.

I wouldn't appreciate my daughter (if I had one) looking at acting like that at 16. And those faces she pulls are gross.

I think she did well except for the face pulling. I don't think she realised she did it...
