immobiliser problem

my daughters car alarm on her m reg fiesta 1.3 lx kept gong off she used the immobiliser fob to stop the alarm but now the immobiliser wont work and she cant start the car. she has changed the battery in the key fob (she does not have the red key ) but still nothing. can anyone help?, or does she need to tow the car to a ford dealer to sort it out?

It sound's like ur alarm is to senstive and it has cut the power to the immobiliser, So u need to take it a electrican or have one come out to u. If u take it to a ford dealer it will cost u a forture, Hope u sort it

wen u turn off th alarm simply open then shut th car door tht usualy works
