i have a vw golf gti mk2 2door, the doors do not open anymore when i press the alarm fob, and due to me delocking both the handles, i cannot get into the car, except via the boot!-fortunately, i kept the boot lock seperate from the remote central locking! when turning the alarm on and off, there doesnt appear to be the usual `clunking` of the linkage that unlocks the doors, and as both doors have the same problem at the same time im wondering, is it a relay? the alarm works properly. it just seems to be a central locking problem.please help!
