i'm already 42 years old.i just took my driving written test & passed.I'm preparing for my actual driving test..can anybody give me hint on how to pass an actual driving test?i'm nervous & scare to drive in the highway..do you think the examiner will be a little bit lenient to me bec i'm already old starting how to drive?i need to pass my actual driving test so that i can work,bec i need to go to my workplace using a car.

Congrats on passing the theory part. A lot of people get very nervous about that too!
You say you're scared to drive on the highway - if that's really the case it's probably too soon to contemplate taking the test. Confidence will only come with lots of practice.
I appreciate that professional lessons are expensive, but if you've mastered the basics of controlling the vehicle, and understand the 'rules of the road', is there anyone who would accompany you while you get more experience?
As to the test itself, I really can't imagine any examiner being 'lenient' - whatever one's age.
If it's any consolation, I stalled on the hill start, and later took a wrong turn on the test, but still passed. The examiner explained that the crucial thing was not the fact that I made a mistake, but that I didn't panic, and did the right thing to correct the situation.

I agree � you just need more practice. I didn�t feel I was ready when I took my first test, and failed. When I retook it, I expected to pass, and I did.
It can help to be familiar with the roads in the area close to the test centre, too.
The traffic on the roads is much heavier these days than when I took my tests, so if you haven�t booked the test yet, try to get one at a time of day when the traffic is relatively light.
